Whether you're staying for a week or longer, there's a suitable housing option for you: on campus, right near your activities, or in the very heart of the UdeM campus.

The single-sex bathrooms are located right next to the studios, and there are enough of them on each floor.
Our suites have private bathrooms.
Only double studios equipped with double beds allow for shared occupancy.
The kitchens are shared by the tenants of all the studio apartments.
Our studios are smoke-free
(including tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes).
RESERVATION POLICY
Please send us a letter or email from the administration of your department or school (UdeM) or from one of the affiliated schools (HEC or Polytechnique) confirming your participation in an academic activity as soon as possible after making your reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The final payment, due 2 weeks before arrival, is non-refundable.
A minimum of 7 nights' stay is required to qualify for the discounted rate for visiting professors and interns.
Please note that for stays of 31 nights or more, taxes do not apply.
Any extension must be requested at least 31 days before the departure date.
If requested less than 31 days in advance, an administrative fee of $50 plus taxes applies, except for a one-time extension of two nights or fewer.
Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, depending on the length of your stay.
31 days or more: 1 month’s rent.
Less than 31 days: 1 week’s rent.
The total cost of your stay must be paid in full two weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
If you make a reservation less than two weeks before your arrival, the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking.
